He is a Resercher of Fruit Tree Reserch Institute of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and is also a Standing Director of Pear Branch of Chinese Horticultural Society and a Standing Director of Jiangsu Pear Industry Association, main research direction: efficient cultivation techniques of pear and cultivation of new varieties. He is the Master of National Pear Industry Technology System Xuzhou Station. He has presided over more than 20 projects at provincial level and above, won 4 provincial-level scientific and technological awards, presided over the formulation of 2 provincial and local standards, participated in the cultivation of 3 varieties and poblished more than 30 papers.
