Guoxing Manor, located in Guoxing Village, Honglan Sub-district, Lishui District, Nanjing City, is the first rural town and rural complex with innovation and bright spots in Lishui that Lishui Trade and Tourism Group is committed to building. Phase I of Guoxing Manor covers a total area of about 500 mu. Through the experience design method of organic combination of point, line and surface, it forms an activity site integrating parent-child activities, natural education, characteristic catering, boutique B&B, wedding photography and rice field riding. It has been the largest rural complex project in China. Among them, Guoxing Manor covers an area of 6,291 square meters, with a building area of about 1,586 square meters. It has lobby, restaurant, bar, bookstore, children’s activity room, 14 guest rooms and equipment rooms. Guoxing phase I core project is expected to be invested with a total of RMB 62.45 million, which was officially completed and delivered in April this year. About 80 guest rooms are planned to be built in phase II, overlooking the whole building group, and the overall shape is arranged in a serpentine shape.
