Yu Garden is located in the depth of Fujiabian Scenic Sopt in Honglan Town, Lishui District, Nanjing City, south side of the Central Park of Wuxiangshan City. Wuxiang Mountain is beautiful where paradise-like Shan’ao Village and Meihua Mountain with fragrance are located. The annual half marathon, cycling, and Strawberry Festival become the business cards of Wuxiang Mountain. The completion of Yu Garden is an important cultural sector of Wuxiang Mountain. It will surely become a new business card for Lishui tourism. The location of the Yu Garden is surrounded by mountains and water, and the ancient buildings are exquisitely carved to completely restore the Ming and Qing styles. Phase I land using area of Yuyuan: 16359 ㎡, 24.5 mu in total, total construction area: 18500 ㎡, wherein, cultural construction: 6000 ㎡, commercial office construction: 5500 ㎡, home inn: 7000㎡, plot ratio: 1.13, building density: 69.25% and floors of building are from one to three. The construction of Phase I was revolved around the existing lake, with the core of Zongdufu, Xitai, Yuefang and other ancient architectures, mainly loading the function of cultural tourism. The commercial building was distributed with mixed full format in accommodation, cultural experience, catering, retail, leisure and entertainment, and living facilities.

Expecting Yuyuan – Wuxiangshan Scenic Spot Phase II, construction land area: 163.6 mu, total construction area: 51208 ㎡, plot ratio: 0.47, building density: 26.45%, and green rate: 48.28%.
