Crispy plum

Guomei is one of the famous fruits in southern China, which contains citric acid and tartaric acid, especially rich in threonine, leucine and other more than ten kinds of essential amino acids of human body. Shennong Bencao describes “plum is cold, which can enter the liver, spleen, lung, and large intestine and has effects of enough body fluid, appetizing and depressing, moisturizing the throat, relieving heat, and preventing heat and hangover.” It has the reputation of healthy food in Japan, with the habit of eating plums daily. This product is selected from the provincial origin of pollution-free agricultural products: Jiangsu Fujiabian Agricultural Science and Technology Park (located at the main venue of Nanjing Lishui International Plum Blossom Festival). The self-produced high-quality Guomei used as raw materials to conduct intensive processing, with flavors of sour, sweet and spicy plums.
